Advancing the professional skills of board members

Hallitusammattilaiset ry (the Finnish Association of Professional Board Members) is an association for professional board members in Finland. It was set up in 2001 with the purpose of promoting good professional practice embracing high ethical standards among members of corporate boards, as well as advancing the professional skills of such board members.

The Association organises lectures and training sessions for its members and carries out and promotes research and publication activities relating to its field. The Association also seeks to influence the development of the field of corporate governance within society, by engaging in public debate, among other activities.
